Authenticate with your GitHub account to create your HeyHi workspace. We use GitHub SSO exclusively for identity verification.
Install GitHub App
Install the HeyHi GitHub App on your organization. Select which repositories HeyHi should have access to. We never use personal access tokens.
Connect Jira via Forge App
Install the HeyHi Forge App on your Jira site. The onboarding wizard will automatically detect when the installation is complete.
Link Jira Forge Installation
Enter your Atlassian Cloud ID to connect your Forge installation.
How to find your Cloud ID manually?
You can request your unique API endpoint directly from your browser:
- Open a new browser tab.
- Navigate to:
https://<my-site-name>.atlassian.net/_edge/tenant_info - Copy the
cloudIdvalue and paste it into the input above.
