By accessing or using HeyHi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

HeyHi is an Opinionated AI Product Engineer SaaS platform that automates the software development lifecycle — from feature specification through Jira documentation, code implementation, pull request submission, and review comment resolution.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace.
• You must ensure that any code, specifications, or data you submit to the Service does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including GitHub, Atlassian Jira, and various LLM providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. HeyHi is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your specifications, code, and data submitted through the Service. HeyHi claims no ownership over your content. The code generated by the Service on your behalf is yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyHi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
